Terms of Use
Last updated October 29, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of rhapsody.works. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site describes what Rhapsody does. It is marketing material. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a commitment to take on work, or professional advice of any kind.
3. This site does not start a project
Filling in the contact form, calling us, or emailing us does not create a client relationship and does not obligate either of us to anything.
We take on work only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement sets the scope, the price, the schedule, the ownership terms, and everything else that matters. Where anything on this site differs from a signed agreement, the agreement controls.
4. What you send us
Please do not send confidential information through the contact form. It is a first contact, not a secure channel, and we cannot treat what arrives there as confidential before an agreement is in place. If you need to tell us something sensitive, say so and we will set up a proper channel first.
Anything you do send us, you confirm you have the right to send.
5. Using the site
You may read the site, print it, and share it. Please do not copy it to pass off as your own, scrape it in bulk, attempt to break into it, interfere with how it runs for other people, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. What belongs to whom
The text, design, graphics, and code of this site belong to Rhapsody. Product names and logos belonging to other companies, shown to indicate the systems we work with, belong to those companies and appear here for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any partnership with or endorsement by them.
Work we build for a client belongs to that client under the terms of their agreement. That is a matter between us and them, and nothing on this page changes it.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for it.
8. No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not guarantee that it will be either. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rhapsody is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, even where we were told such damages were possible.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
This section is about the website. Liability for work we perform is governed by the signed agreement covering that work.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and both parties consent to that.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
12. Contact
Reach us through the contact form on the homepage.
